於節目中「馬仔」為各星級為食嘉賓親手炮製一場美味盛宴，並專程找師父學藝，烹調四道上等佳餚菜式，包括味道濃郁的「鮮蟹肉粟米羹」、做法與酒樓有差別的「芺蓉黃金蝦」、清淡健康的「砂窩豆乳田園蔬」，以及結合三種鮮味且材料珍貴的「黑魚子鮑汁煎珍寶蠔」，單看菜名已令人垂涎，「馬仔」更大方介紹每道菜式的烹調竅門，並教導大家如何揀選鮮蝦及靚的魚子醬。
